One of the highlights of our stay was the private spa experience. Having the spa to ourselves for an hour was a great treat. The convenience of on-site parking added to the overall ease of our stay. The staff even parked our car for us, saving us any hassle and adding an extra layer of comfort to our arrival and departure. Throughout our stay, we were surprised and delighted by complimentary gifts that added a personal and thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel is really close to various lines, for those who use public transportation and within walking distance from the center. The staff was very attentive, smiling and willing to help immediately in any way. The breakfast was varied and good with changes every day.

Absolutely amazing, very hospitable staff at the reception made my stay a real pleasure. They were also super supportive and helpful when I had a problem with my bank card. Great spa. Convenient location: close to everything. Central railway station is just a few bus stops away.

Everything. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and staff was absoultely amazing. We had to change room the next morning because of our personal reasons and the staff went over and beyond to give us another room which suited us better. The lady on the reception (whos name I unfortunately forgot) did everything to make our stay comfortable. She offered another room, made sure we check it out before switching and offered to do everything on our behalf if we needed to go out. For the entire stay we felt comortable and pleasant because everyone was extremely kind and nice. We will definitely return and can’t wait to enjoy this beautiful hotel once again. Next time we will definitely use the spa area because we didn’t have time.
